In order to place an order with AtenPac Corporation, you must be an approved AtenPac
Reseller.

You can look at the form and print
it directly from your Web Browser. You may wish to make photocopies of the form for
future use.
- Refer to the

this website to determine the products and quantities required.
- Fill out all the requested information on the form,
sign it and fax it to us at the number indicated on the form. Please be sure to order case
quantities, not individual units.
- Approved AtenPac Resellers have the option of paying
by VISA® or MasterCard®. Please enter your VISA® or MasterCard® number and
expiry date in the appropriate box on the order form.
- If you wish confirmed pricing, we will price and
complete your order and return it to you for your approval. Or, you may request a
price list, and one will be sent to you so that you may do your own pricing.
